Bolete Market
One of our most important pivots recently was the addition of the Bolete Market that features products created not only at Bolete, but also champion other talented Niagara chefs. Prepared meats such as smoked brisket and duck confit, finished sauces, cheeses and cured meats are stocked in our refrigerated kiosk.
To help make your meals at home easy, we have canned and pickled items, organic flour, wines, ciders, beer and many more products are available in our pantry.

The Bolete Story
Bolete is a restaurant located in the historic downtown of St. Catharines with a modern dining room and open kitchen. Both our main floor and lower private dining spaces are bathed in natural lightand feature art from talented Niagara artists.
Owner/chef Andrew McLeod, who opened Bolete in 2016, focuses on modern Canadian cuisine with all food prepared in house using only the finest Canadian ingredients. Cured meats, sausages, pastas and all ferments are prepared in-house, while Chef McLeod sources fresh Atlantic and Pacific seafood, fresh-caught fish from the Great Lakes as well as Ontario beef and lamb from Prince Edward Island. The menu changes regularly to reflect the seasons and the bounty that Niagara has to offer.
